This policy covers this website, incursio.app, and its beta list. It says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, and what you can ask of us.

Who we are

incursio.app is run by Revelio LLC (“we”), a Wyoming limited liability company, which decides what happens to the data described here. Write to info@eliasripari.it about anything on this page.

What we collect

• When you join the beta: your email address, and the fact that you accepted this policy. The address is marked as a beta sign-up. We ask for nothing else.
• When you visit: page views, through Vercel Web Analytics. It records the page, the referring site, and your country, browser, operating system and device type. It sets no cookies and keeps no identifier that follows you across days or across sites.
• To serve the page: your IP address and the request itself reach our host, as with any website, and appear in its short-lived request logs. Our own log of a sign-up says that one happened, not who signed up.

Why, and on what basis

• We use your email address to invite you to the beta and to tell you when the download is ready. The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• We use page views and request logs to keep the site running and secure and to know which pages are read. The basis is our legitimate interest in doing so (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data, show ads, use tracking cookies, or share your address with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles it for us

• Resend keeps the beta list and sends our emails.
• Vercel hosts this website and its server, keeps its request logs, and counts its page views.

Both are based in the United States, as we are, so your data is processed there. Each handles it only on our instructions, under data processing terms that include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of the European Economic Area.

How long we keep it

• Your email address: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we close the beta list, we delete the addresses on it.
• Page views: only as aggregate counts, which identify no one.
• Request logs: for the short period our host keeps them, then they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send has a link to unsubscribe; otherwise write to info@eliasripari.it and we will answer within one month. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.

Children

The beta is for people aged 16 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change affects how we use your email address, we will tell the beta list by email before it applies.
